Christine Reyes is the founder of Lead Together, Co-Founder of True Integrator, and a coach who brings real-world Integrator experience, EOS® fluency, and deep care for the people carrying this seat. Her work helps clients move from information to transformation through practical coaching, candid conversation, and meaningful traction.
Growing up in a family business, she developed an early passion for small business and the spirit of entrepreneurship. This foundation led her to launch not one, but several successful companies of her own. However, it wasn't until 2016 that she was introduced to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®). What a game changer!
It was then that she realized she had always been an integrator at heart, thriving on aligning the right people, plans, and processes to drive business success. Recognizing this, Christine embraced the role fully in 2018, co-founding True Integrator with her mentor, Rick Wilson. She's had the privilege of steering over a dozen visionary leaders and their teams through fractional and interim roles, enhancing organizational health and operational effectiveness.
With the launch of her group coaching experiences in November 2024, Integrator Momentum and Integrator Ignition, Christine is excited to expand her reach, mentoring Integrators to help even more Visionaries.
These programs aren't just about the tools; They're about moving from Information to Transformation - fostering a community dedicated to mastering EOS knowledge and transforming business outcomes. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in real estate and operations, Ann is a seasoned executive coach known for helping leaders and teams unlock performance, alignment, and accountability. As former President and EOS Integrator at Dietz Property Group, Ann spent over a decade leading organizational growth, developing high-performing teams, and driving value creation across a diverse portfolio.
Ann’s coaching is grounded in her belief that great leadership starts with bringing out the best in people.
